For the first time this year you will be able to enjoy the Gent Jazz Festival Café. Access to this terrace is for free and the festival café also has a stage. Between 2 pm and 4 pm Young Jazz Talent Ghent will take place at this café. Young Jazz Talent Ghent will also take place at the Duvel Droomschip during the Ghent Festivities. |
July 8-19: Gent Jazz Festivala mix of young talent and international musicians with a well-established reputation. During the first part of the festival, you will enjoy mainstream and avant-garde jazz. As usual, the second part focusses on jazz fusion of divers music movements. 03.07 Gent Jazz Podcast Before and during the festival, Gent Jazz Festival and REC Radiocentrum are elaborating a project to give young radio presenters a chance to get to know the radio medium and festival radio.Urgent.fm collaborates with Rec Radiocentrum to make a serie of contemplative podcasts in the run up to the festival.
